  • The organizers are not liable for any injuries sustained during trials or matches, though proper safety measures (e.g., medical staff, insurance) may be in place.

7. Media and Image Rights

  • By participating in the trials, players may grant the organizers permission to use their image, name, and performance data for promotional purposes, including media coverage, advertisements, and official websites.
  • Players may be required to attend media events, photo shoots, or press conferences as part of their participation in the tournament.

8. Withdrawal and Refund Policy

  • Players wishing to withdraw from the trials or tournament must notify the organizers within a specified time frame.
  • If applicable, any registration fees are usually non-refundable, but this will be clearly stated in the terms.
  • Organizers reserve the right to disqualify a player who withdraws without proper notice or violates the terms.

9. Disqualification and Suspension

  • Players may be disqualified or suspended for reasons such as violation of the Code of Conduct, non-compliance with trial requirements, or unethical behavior.
  • Organizers have the right to take disciplinary action as deemed necessary, which may include permanent bans from future NPL events.

10. Intellectual Property

  • Any intellectual property, including logos, names, and trademarks associated with the NPL, are the sole property of the organizing body.
  • Unauthorized use of NPL-related intellectual property by players, teams, or third parties is prohibited.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Players’ personal data will be collected and used only for purposes related to the NPL trials, tournament management, and communications.
  • The organizers will ensure that players’ data is protected and stored in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
  • Player can register for only one category U 14 to U 24.
  • Participant will have to take care of his/her all valuable things; organizer will not be responsible for loss or damage of any property, or any physical injury to any participant during the entire event. However, best efforts will be made to provide first aid services at the venue.
  • Participant will have to come in his white cricket uniform and bring his own Addhar-Card along with 2 Passportsize Photo.

  • Selector’s decision will be the final and, no correspondence or dispute will be entertained. The organizer reserve the right to admission at the venue. Precautionary measures have been taken for certain incidents. However, the organizers are not responsible for any weather conditions.
  • Venue and dates are subject to change.
  • Selection of candidates will be informed through either telecommunications/newspapers/Email/SMS or short listed printout at the venue itself.
  • Cricketer shall be debarred if false particulars are furnished.
