Mandatory Documents for Registered Participants to Attend Selection Camps
1. Proof of Identity
- A valid passport, national ID card, or driver’s license to verify your identity and age.
- This document is required to confirm that the player meets the eligibility criteria (such as age restrictions) for the tournament or league.
2. Age Proof
- A birth certificate or other official document that proves your age. This is especially important for age-specific tournaments or divisions.
3. Recent Passport-Sized Photographs
- A few recent passport-sized photographs (usually 2-3), for official records and identification purposes.
4. Medical Certificate
- A fitness certificate from a licensed doctor or medical professional confirming that the player is physically fit and capable of participating in the trials or competition.
- This certificate is often mandatory to ensure that players are in good health and can withstand the physical demands of cricket.
5. Parental/Guardian Consent (For Minors)
- If the player is under the legal age, a signed parental or guardian consent form is required, granting permission for the player to participate in the trials.
6. Cricket Registration Form
- If the player is affiliated with a cricket club, association, or governing body, a letter of affiliation or membership certificate from the respective organization may be required.
- This document ensures that the player is officially registered with a governing body in cricket.
7. Previous Cricket Records (Optional)
- Some trials may request previous performance records or a reference letter from coaches or clubs where the player has previously competed. This helps selectors evaluate the player’s experience and achievements.
8. Completed Application Form
- A registration or application form that needs to be filled out with personal details, cricketing history, and other relevant information.
9. Payment Proof (If Applicable)
- If there is any registration fee for the trials or tournament, proof of payment or a transaction receipt is required.

In case there is any discrepancy between your Date of Birth declared by you in the Registration Application and the proof of your Date of Birth, you will not be allowed to participate in the selection camp and your fee deposited will be forfeited.
The fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
